A long-running roof leak that reached the attic, ceilings, and hardwood floors. We documented the damage with photos for the carrier, then handled the full repair: roofing, gutters, attic insulation, drywall, flooring, and paint.

A poolside CMU-block outdoor kitchen with porcelain slab countertops and stone veneer, built under a 14×28 pergola, with a second grill and counter station added mid-project.

Do you take small jobs?
Yes. We do handyman repairs and small projects alongside full remodels — doors, drywall patches, trim, punch lists, and single-room work. No job is too small to call about.
What areas do you serve?
Greenbrier, Springfield, White House, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Joelton, north Nashville, and out toward Sango and Clarksville. That covers most of Robertson and Sumner County, Tennessee.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Uncapher Co. holds a Tennessee Home Improvement license (#11345), carries a surety bond, and is covered by general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We'll send certificates on request.
Are you veteran-owned?
Yes. Uncapher Co. is owned and operated by Travis Uncapher, a veteran, and is a registered veteran-owned small business.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We document water intrusion and storm damage with photos and a written assessment, then provide a line-item repair estimate you can give your adjuster. We've worked claims with major carriers and can meet the adjuster on site.
Do you work with realtors and property managers?
Yes. We handle inspection repair lists, pre-listing repairs, and rental turnovers, and we can turn around a written repair estimate quickly when a closing is on the clock.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, materials, and the condition of what's behind the walls — two bathrooms the same size can land thousands apart once the tile comes off. We give a written bid after a walkthrough, so you know the number before anything starts.
